		<description>I have heard it said that you should only eat foods that your Great, Great Grandmother would recognise.  In other words all the highly processed foods that we eat now days are full of chemicals and sugars that are not good for us.  You will lose weight if you eat a balanced diet, cut out all, or most, of the processed foods and drink lots and lots of water.</description>
