Went to Barnes/Nobles, they didn’t have any. I live alone & am not a big eater; just want to ensure what I DO eat is healthy. I naturally lean towards the Mediterranean Diet anyhow so I may as well start learning it. Do you have a cookbook you’ve personally tried & can recommend for me?
