What is the fastest way to loose weight?

I’m 5 foot and about 115lbs. I’m looking to loose weight fast. Im not concerned about putting the weight back on, just want to know how to take it off. Like fad diets. Hoping to loose 15lbs. Thoughts. Not worried about the health factors eithers.

Just want strictly fast ways to loose the weight.

    You should start eating healthier and exercising more regularly. You should eat a lot of veggies and fruit and workout at least 3 days a week and do a lot of cardio. Also, while you do that if you really want to lose weight quick, you can use a weight loss pill like Hydroxycut which you can get in local drugstores. Good luck.

    Well im a 14 yr. old gurl that use to weigh 178lbs. and now i weigh 134lbs. that’s almost 41lbs. i think. but i did it the military style. Sit ups 100 jumping jacks 200 and running 10min-40min daily. i lost 41 lbs in just three months. i also stop eating junk food ex. ice cream chips candy gum cake cupcakes. I even stop drinking smoothies, sodas, kool aid. i also play basketball. and running 4 miles a day takes 2lbs. of easily. I dnt eat a lot of meats either such as ive never liked steak or pork chop. i don’t eat lunch meat. and i also don’t drink milk. maybe skim milk but i don’t drink 100 percent milk. and i don’t know why but 115 is so small u don’t need to lose weight

    A direct answer to your question is obvious. It would be illegal drugs like meth that is if you don’t care about your health!

    Why you would take deliberate risks with your good health sounds pretty ignorant to me.

    Obviously YOU have not ever dealt with poor health or been around someone you love that is in poor health.

    Just because you may be young and healthy now does not mean you are exempt from ever getting sick. It could be a long time from now or could be tomorrow. You do not know what time bomb may be ticking in you right now and you not treating yourself right would set it off.

    GOOD HEALTH IS NOT YOUR BIRTH RIGHT ! IT IS A GIFT !

    YOU might as well kick everyone in poor health right in the teeth! You are so unappreciative of yours. Shame on you!
